About the Attorney Jordan concentrates his practice in several areas of corporate law, including commercial, technology and investment management law. He prepares and negotiates commercial supply, procurement, sales representative and non-disclosure agreements. Additionally, he advises clients on their rights to license, own, use and protect proprietary technology and intellectual property. He also provides counsel to investment advisers and investment companies (registered and unregistered) and to their service providers.
