Cynthia Schumacker is President and Chief Executive Officer for LifeCo. Cindy has sixteen years experience in the executive search and financial services industry. She has placed over 500 financial services executives for wirehouses, broker dealers, national and regional banks, money managers, annuity, mutual fund and insurance companies, CPA and law firms, producer groups and property casualty brokers.

Before joining LifeCo she was the Business Development manager for Manulife in Cleveland, Ohio. She is active in many professional associations including, the Society of Financial Services Professionals, The Association for Advanced Life Underwriting, The Financial Planning Association and Life Underwriters Association.  Cindy received a Bachelor of Science from Miami University of Ohio and received accreditation from American College as a Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter. Cindy is also a training facilitator for Stephen Covey Growth and Development Workshops and an Active Strategic Coach participant.
